  • By requesting for commissioning, you are acknowledging and agreeing to all Terms of Services stated in the link below.

  • Only accepted payment: Paypal in the form of USD.

  • Payment is done in Half-Half (More information in "Terms of Services").

I, the artist...

✸ Maintain the right to turn down any commissions.
→ Will be done before any form of payment/down payment.✸ Maintain the right to not being restricted by time.
→ Unless otherwise stated in the initial commissioned request/inquiry.
→ The time it takes to finish commissions may depend on whether or not there are current commissions the artist is working on, the artist's schedule, the detail involved with the client's art commission and many more.✸ Maintain the right to post all commission artworks to social media.
→ Unless otherwise stated in the initial commissioned request/inquiry.✸ Maintain the right to sign my signature on the finished commission work in an appropriate spot.

You, the client...

✸ May not use my work for commercial/professional purposes.
→ Contact the artist (via email or social medias) for commercial/professional purposes.✸ May not use your commission for any economic gain.
→ The client may use the commission for personal use only✸ May not claim the artist's artwork as yours for any reason.
→ The client may crop and resize the image to their likings, but may not erase the artist's signature.✸ May post the finished commission to social media with proper credit to me, the artist.
→ With respect to the artist's social medias found here: Artist's Socials.✸ May not edit the artist's artwork without permission.
→ This includes, but not limited to: erasing artist's signature, color changing, tracing and collaging.
→ Does not include cropping/resizing the commission artwork.

Important Policies

✸ All payment(s) are not refundable.
→ Full refunds may be received if the artist has yet to start the commission.✸ When the client provides sufficient information and the artist accepts the commission, the client's name will be entered into the spreadsheet containing all of the artist's commissions.
→ The artist will be working in order - First come first serve.
→ The client(s) can check the artist's progress with commissions here. Additionally, the client(s) can check their standing on that spreadsheet.✸ Finished commission artwork will be sent to the client via email (through preferred email address) in both JPEG and PNG format.

Revision Policies

✸ There will be two revision stages: Sketch and Base Color
→ During the Sketch revisioning stage, the artist will consult with the client regarding the pose, style, vibe, and any changes that needs to be done to the initial sketch.
→ During the Base Color revisioning stage, the artist will consult with the client regarding the general color scheme.✸ Any changes after each revision stage may only be done with an additional fee.
→ ie: an additional fee will be added if the client requests a different pose than the one that was previously approved when the artist already started the coloring portion.✸ Only small coloring changes may be done to the final product.
→ Edits more in depth will result in an additional fee.

Pricing

✸ As of now, the base price will not be subjected to change.
→ All prices shown are final and nonnegotiable (unless otherwise stated).✸ The artist only accepts payments in USD via PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.✸ The artist requires half-half payment.
→ Before the artist starts on the commission art piece, the client has to pay half the Commission Payment
→ After the artist informs the client that they are done with the client's finished commission, the client has to pay the rest of the commission in order to receive the finished commissioned piece.✸ The client has 1 week to pay the initial down payment
→ If client does not pay within the 7 days, then the artist will discard the commission request.✸ Refunds.
→ Full refunds may be received if the artist has yet to start the commission.
→ Once artist starts sketching the commission, the client will no longer get a refund for the initial down payment.
→ Once artist finishes the commission, the artist will not accept any refund of any kind.

General ToS

✸ What it means to request a commercial commission from me:
→ I, the artist, will relinquish any rights to the finished product.
→ This means that you, the client, may be able to reproduce the final product with the intent to make profit off of it or make the product a part of your brand.✸ The client will obtain both the license and the original file to the product to use to their liking.
→ Please note that commercial commissions will contain a multiplier fee since the client will obtain full rights to the finished product.✸ I, the artist, maintain the right to turn down any commissions.
→ Will be done before any form of payment/down payment.✸ I, the artist, will not use your commercial commission for any personal gains.
→ This includes reproducing the finished product to make profit and including the final product in my portfolio.
→ If the artist wishes to repost the finished product on any social medias, the artist will first ask for permission and will only proceed when given approval.

Important Policies

✸ All payment(s) are not refundable.
→ Full refunds may be received if the artist has yet to start the commission.
→ More details regarding pricing and payments in the Pricing section below.✸ The time it takes to finish the commission may vary between 3 days to 1 month.
→ Hard deadlines must be stated in the initial commission request/inquiry.
→ The time it takes to finish the commission may depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to: complexity of the commission, the back and forth communication in the revision stages, school, health, and emergencies.
→ Although rare, if the artist were to put the commission on pause for any reason stated above, the artist will first notify the client.✸ Finished commercial commission artwork will be sent to the client via email (through preferred email address).
→ The following formats will be sent: JPEG, PNG, and the original file format (CLIP and PSD).

Revision Policies

✸ All sketches during the revision stages will have a subtle signature that may not be removed.
→ The final product will not contain any watermarks/signatures.✸ There will be two revision stages: Sketch and Base Color
→ During the Sketch revisioning stage, the artist will consult with the client regarding the pose, style, vibe, and any changes that needs to be done to the initial sketch.
→ During the Base Color revisioning stage, the artist will consult with the client regarding the general color scheme.✸ Any changes after each revision stage may only be done with an additional fee.
→ ie: an additional fee will be added if the client requests a different pose than the one that was previously approved when the artist already started the coloring portion.✸ Only small coloring changes may be done to the final product.

✸ For commercial commissions, there will be a multiplier fee of 1.5x that of the base price.
→ ie: If the base price is $100, then including the multiplier fee, the final price will be $150.
→ As of now, the multiplier fee will not be subjected to change.
→ All prices shown are final and nonnegotiable (unless otherwise stated).✸ The artist only accepts payments in USD via PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.✸ The artist requires half-half payment.
→ Before the artist starts on the commissioned art piece, the client must pay half the commission payment.
→ After the artist informs the client that they are done with the client's finished commission, the client has to pay the rest of the commission in order to receive the finished commissioned files.✸ Refunds.
